Due to a significant increase in workload, we are seeking a Recruitment Administrator to work closely with the Recruiting Specialist. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with recruitment administration/coordination experience who is looking for a company that can offer genuine career development and progression.

This is a remote based role.

JOB PROFILE:

The Recruitment Administrator will support the recruitment process in the UK and Ireland and will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of recruiting. Although the role supports the UK and Ireland, the team consists of colleagues from all over the EMEA region meaning occasional recruitment support for other countries will be required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Initiating and monitoring background checks

  • Creating offer letters and contracts of employment

  • Ensuring candidates are kept up to date during the recruitment process

  • Arranging/coordinating interviews

  • Holiday/absence cover for the Recruiting Specialist

EXPERIENCE:

  • 1+ year in a similar role. 

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Knowledge of Workday would be an advantage
