We are currently seeking a HR – People Experience Partner (HR Advisor) to join our global JLL Technologies HR Team based in Warsaw, Poland.

Reporting into the Regional EMEA lead HR- People Experience Partner for JLLT, this job plays a key role in delivering and promoting best practice management activities and operational support to attract, engage and retain key talent consistent with that of a ‘best in class’ brand.

Supporting the EMEA JLLT organization, the People Experience Partner will build relationships with Country, Regional HR, Global HR People partners, People experience partner community, and  key stakeholders in order to guide, coach and support leaders in all HR matters including supporting global projects and  provide best in class HR support for the region.

Primary role accountabilities:

  • Actively participate in developing and embedding HR Priorities, policies and processes ensuring that HR activity/interventions based around the needs of the business areas, legislation and best practice

  • Contribute to the achievement of the HR Priorities and business plan objectives, through the provision of pro-active HR support and advice to business managers keeping in mind employee experience

  • Independently manage Employee Relations cases as and when they arise

  • Support People partners for  JLLT pillars/ business areas and work in collaboration with other people experience partners

  • Collaborate and engage with the wider HR and business community to provide a responsive, consistent and forward-thinking HR support

  • Identify and deliver HR initiatives that support business priorities and targets

  • Assist and advise business leaders with day to day HR matters to manage the employee life cycle (e.g. workforce planning, performance, talent management, mobility cases and  terminations)

  • Be responsible for working with managers and employees to ensure that employee data held on JLL systems is correct and in line with local requirements.

  • Support the leadership succession planning process and assist support leaders develop and nurture diverse talent

  • In collaboration with the Global Mobility Team support managers and senior HR leaders in the relocation process

  •  Act as an ambassador for change and encourage inclusion and diversity in line with the JLLT values Work with managers and employees to support the JLLT teams actively practice the JLLT values Support manage regional and Global JLLT projects as required

Experience /Skills Required:

  • HR qualification is essential. Ability to take decisions based on a range of data sources is key

  • Working with Workday system is an added benefit

  • Previous EMEA experience within a fast-paced matrixed organisation, preferably in the technology sector or other large global organisations.

  • Our stakeholders are based across regions & therefore the ability to understand differences in cultures and ways of working is important

  • Experience in managing a range of diverse  stakeholders in a challenging environment

  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit who likes to work in a team, is proactive in identifying issues and provide solutions

  • Pragmatic personality who thinks about  processes and knows the ins and outs of HR operations

  • High impact presentation skills with senior stakeholders is preferred

  • A  courageous, curious and a decisive thinker who makes decisions based on sound commercial and legal knowledge

  • An  influencer who has the drive to deliver and has strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to deliver on time

  • Experience of high margin / performance / reward environments would be beneficial

  • Experience of working at an operational level in international environments and the ability to think Globally

  • Excellent communications skills

  • Good listening & consultative skills

  • Ability to deal with sensitive and complex issues with complete confidentiality

  • Experience with HR software such as Glint, Tableau is beneficial

  • Knowledge of multiple languages and the ability to travel as needed
