HR Service Consultant

 

Location: Warsaw

Type of contract: contract of employment

 

Role:

HR Service Consultant will support data management process in Workday, as well as support all HR and non-HR users in solving their issues."

 

What this job involves:

  • Providing Tier 1 support for HR and non-HR Workday users within the region
  • Having a chance to develop your analytical skills in Human Resources department
  • Understanding JLL’s complex system architecture and know when & how to use Workday, as well as how Workday is connected to other systems
  • Cooperation with other teams to resolve access or data issues
  • Engagement with local HR cluster leaders, HR CoE and business stakeholders in all matters related to HR systems management
  • Becoming data champion – providing ideas, reviews and innovative thinking
  • Supporting system upgrades, including testing

 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency in English – ability to listen and communicate well at all levels of the company
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to analyse large datasets, detect and correct errors, simplify results to various audiences
  • Good customer relationship skills, solution-oriented attitude
  • Strong problem-solving skills,
  • Ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with others as appropriate;
  • Proactive attitude and initiative to pursue solutions
  • Ability to clearly articulate problems and solutions, translate complex into simple
  • High degree of professional judgment, professional maturity, integrity, credibility

 

 

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:

  • Experience working with HRIS systems (e.g. Workday) and ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow)
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a field of Advanced Analytics, Statistics, Economics or similar
  • Experience working in corporate environment
