HR ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking candidates that are self-starters who can work in a diverse team across different time zones and fast-paced environment that can join our team immediately.   

About the Role:

 JLL is looking for ServiceNow developer HR Case management. In this role, the person will be responsible for application development and support on a day-to-day basis. Bright seasoned individual with a “get it done” mentality and ability to coach others.  Has deep understanding and passion about technology.   Experience on ServiceNow- Workday Integration with Workday will be added advantage. 

  • Experience in the implementation of the HR ServiceNow case management
  • Support HR ServiceNow Case-management Implementation as part of employee experience
  • Partner with ServiceNow HR Product owners, HR Business Users along with IT Applications team in delivering global employee experience.
  • Implementing solutions that ensure security, integrity, scalability and consistency of critical user data.
  • Solving complex problems in a highly dynamic and agile environment and lead teams
  • Supporting ServiceNow HR applications and Integrations with third party applications and data sources.
  • Develop and modify ServiceNow workflows, forms, lists, business rules, UI components, web services, tables, and menus and Reports
  • Support existing Integration ServiceNow with other tools such as Workday, Active Directory and Okta
  • Experience in web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST)
  • Experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML
  • Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow
  • Coordinate application and platform upgrades
  • Create ServiceNow reports and dashboards

Experience & Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams and manage stakeholders globally across multiple project initiatives.   
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing. 
  • Previous experience in ServiceNow HRSD
  • Strong debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills. Passion for software development
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Mandatory Skills & Competencies:  

  • Managed Service Now Implementation.
  • Functional Expertise in ServiceNow
  • Experience in Creating, testing and Debugging
