What this job involves:

  • Resolve Tier 1 queries and transactions related to Learning & Development module in Workday.

  • Maintaining L&D/Training related data in Workday pertaining to Learning content like Digital course, Blended course, Offerings, Sessions etc.

  • Managing publishing/modification of online courses, contents of different type like Video, Question Bank etc.

  • Managing Trainer access/Admin access for users’ post evaluating the request and approval metrics.

  • Uploading Rosters & Attendance data for audiences’ post evaluating & analyzing the source data.

  • Understanding of Learning Campaigns, Learning Programs, Offerings management in Workday.

  • Communicate and distribute processes, policies, and other relevant documentation to employees needed to resolve the query/issue

  • Managing & Coordinating queries on Case management tool 

  • Managing reports request from employees and stakeholders in Workday Learning module.

  • Assist with data correction or escalate to HR Specialist, specifically for issues that cannot be resolved through self-service

  • Managing semi-functional/technical issues in Workday Learning and act as a bridge between Tier 1 & Tier 2 technical teams

  • Conduct root cause analysis for key issues, supported by CRM data, advising management of trends or patterns.

  • Ownership of client calls with the AMR/EMEA process partners on a regular basis and ensure required documentation.

  • Update/Review SOP’s and Process Maps.

  • Quality Check on the Key/Critical transactions processed by team as defined in the Quality framework.

  • Ability to identify and escalate complex queries to appropriate owner

  • Adhere to agreed KPIs, KRAs, SLAs and customer service standards

Key Skills:

  • Understanding or Knowledge of HR fundamentals, practices, and procedures

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Previous experience in a Workday HR environment preferred or similar HR ERP desirable

  • Knowledge of Case Management tool like Pega, ServiceNow an added advantage

  • Knowledge on MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or Personnel Management

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR or client services role is desirable

  • Highly Organized and Self-motivated

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constant deadlines

  • Experience of working with US/UK teams preferable

  • Flexible with UK/US shift timings.
