Talent Acquisition Advisor – EMEA Capital Markets Group

Join our dynamic global team at JLL and play a crucial role in supporting the growth of JLL's Capital Markets and Value and Risk Advisory business in the EMEA region. We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to partner with HR and business leaders across EMEA, delivering a high-touch, best-in-class candidate experience. This role focuses on making strategic hires at various levels within our Capital Markets and Value and Risk Advisory teams.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, referral management, counseling, negotiating, offering, and marketing the firm.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies for diverse roles within the Capital Markets and Value and Risk Advisory businesses.
  • Negotiate hiring terms and collaborate with stakeholders on total rewards packages.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective candidates and trusted partnerships with key business stakeholders.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to provide recruiting metrics for both internal and external reporting.
  • Establish key success measures and deliver regular reporting and analysis of recruiting efforts.
  • Leverage assessment tools to effectively match candidate skills and abilities to job requirements.
  • Build and nurture relationships with both passive and active talent within Real Estate service providers, investment banks, and Real Estate private equity.
  • Develop new talent sources, proactively building and nurturing a talent database through initial outreach to potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with the Global  Recruitment team to create best practices and contribute to firm-wide recruiting initiatives.
  • Incorporate purpose-driven messages into the recruiting experience.
  • Leverage technology to drive process improvements and simplify recruitment procedures.

  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment, with expertise in search, Talent Intelligence, or Early Career recruiting.
  • Familiarity within the Real Estate Investment, Private Equity & Capital Markets sectors is preferred
  • Experience with search firm environments is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global matrixed environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking and CRM systems; experience with Workday and Avature is a plus.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset and outstanding problem-solving skills for talent mapping and pipelining projects.
  • Laser-focused on providing high-touch service to hiring managers and candidates.
  • Tech-savvy and able to leverage technology for increased efficiency.
  • Operates with a sales mindset, effectively articulating JLL's vision for shaping the future of real estate.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of driving results.
  • Team player who can work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
