High Level Statement of the Role
This position analyzes human resources data and carries out responsibilities in one or more functional areas, such as, staffing, employee relations, compensation/payroll, training, employment, labor relations, safety, affirmative action and employment programs, and personnel research.Â
High Level Roles & Responsibilities
- Update HRIS systems as needed (SAP, Workday, etc.)
- Administer FMLA procedures to employees
- Recruitment of staff as required
- Affirmative Action Plan Owner
- Facilitate employee recognition within the plant
- Support Performance Feedback Process / Tracking
- Own/Conduct New Employee and Benefits Orientation Processes
- Interview candidates for open positions
- Mentor, coach and educate supervisors/managers on legal regulations and policy.
- Help coordinate special company projects
- Assist with investigations as necessary based on employee and manager concerns regarding performance, discrimination, harassment, separations, etc.
- Interpret, communicate and support policies and procedures to employees and managers.
- Other duties assigned
