Job Description Summary:

The HRIS Manager will be responsible for configuring, integrating, providing technical support, and delivering user training for our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and supporting HR initiatives to meet organizational needs and objectives. The HRIS Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our HR functions, optimizing its performance, and enhancing overall user experience.

Job Description:

  • System Configuration:
    • Configure and customize the HRIS to align with organizational requirements, ensuring optimal functionality and user-friendly interfaces.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and analyze system requirements for ongoing enhancements.
  • Integration Management:
    • Implement and manage integrations between the HRIS and other systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
    • Work closely with IT and other relevant departments to develop and maintain integration protocols.
  • Technical Support:
    • Provide timely and effective technical support to other HR functional leads and end-users, addressing system-related issues and troubleshooting problems.
    • Resolve complex technical issues and ensure system stability.
  • User Training:
    • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for users, covering system functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting.
    • Create user guides and documentation to facilitate self-help resources for users.
  • Data Management:
    • Oversee data integrity within the HRIS, conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions as needed.
    • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to establish and maintain data governance policies.
  • System Upgrades and Maintenance:
    • Stay informed about the latest updates and features of the HRIS, and coordinate with vendors for system upgrades.
    • Plan and execute routine maintenance activities to ensure system performance and security.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Collaborate with HR, IT, and other teams to understand their needs and align HRIS functionalities accordingly.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred.
  • 4-6 years of proven HRIS experience in a high-growth organization.
  • Proficiency in navigating HRIS (Workday), with Workday certification preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes and practices.
  • Strong technical proficiency, including experience with HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Prior experience with system integrations and data management

The anticipated compensation range is

69,000.00 – 137,000.00 USD Annual

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
