Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as company’s subject matter expert for the Workday System with a focus on Workday system integrations and configuration of Workday solutions
  • Understand client business requirements
  • Responsible for the successful operation of Workday, Kronos and Glint
  • Manage the Workday, Mercer and Kronos Relationships
  • Complete integration work
  • Manage Workday projects
  • Three HRIS Analysts will report to this position
  • Possibility of 5-10% travel
  • Ability to work remote up to 40-60% of the time


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, HR or related field
  • 6-8 years of experience in working in and managing HRIS systems
  • Experience developing integrations for Workday and third party systems required
  • Passion for customer service
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Functional and technical experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
  • An understanding of all aspects of Workday pay cycle to effectively assist with testing end-to-end functionality
