Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as company’s subject matter expert for the Workday System with a focus on Workday Payroll, Expenses, Time Tracking and Absence
  • Works closely with the finance teams on both payroll and expenses
  • Manage time tracking in Workday and Kronos front line support
  • Support Workday dashboards
  • Support all Workday modules as necessary and participate in HRIS projects
  • Travel 5-10%
  • Ability to work remote up to 40-60% of the time


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, HR or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in working in and managing HRIS systems
  • Passion for customer service
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Functional and technical experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
  • An understanding of all aspects of Workday pay cycle to effectively assist with testing end-to-end functionality
