Job Description
Start Date: 1st/15th August 2023
Duration: 6 months
Allowance: 625 euro per month (40hrs, 5 days) & full reimbursement of travel expenses 
Platform/Project: Recruitment of interns & Communications
Location: Nijmegen
During your assignment you will be part of the R&D People and Performance team. You’ll be working in a high performing team, always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into the People & Performance Lead of R&D International. As an intern at Kraft Heinz, you will be leading your own project, learning in an international environment. Get ready for a lot of exposure to stakeholders and to act as ambassador for Kraft Heinz.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Recruitment:Â leading the recruitment for our next generation interns in the Young Talent Program.
- Internal communication:Â creating our bi-monthly functional newsletters.Â
- HR support:Â supporting our HR Business Partner on other relevant HR projects in our People and Performance cycle.
Requirements:
- You are a bachelor or master student in HR/Business Administration/Organizational Psychology or similar.
- Experience with Workday system and Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Previous internship experience in recruitment or HR is a plus.
- You are a self-starter and not afraid to speak up about your ideas for improvement.
- You have excellent stakeholder management skills.
- You know how to prioritize key tasks.
- You should have strong communication skills and fluency in English, both written and verbal (Dutch is not a requirement but other languages are a plus)
- You are enrolled at a university for at least 50% study load for the duration of the internship.
- NOTE: EU working rights are required (Either you have EU Citizenship, you are studying in the Netherlands or have relevant student work visa)
