Job Description

At Kraft Heinz the WHQ P&P team supports the six Chief Officers on the Executive Leadership team in leading all things people-related for the global Finance, Procurement, Operations, Legal, HR and Communications functions. The HR Program Manager will report to the Director, P&P Global Finance and WHQ Talent and will support the HR Business Partners and COE teams in delivering projects and completing results across the talent, engagement, and rewards space. This role will have exposure to senior leaders across the global functions and will provide access to the unique attributes and talent needs of our various teams.

A successful candidate will be self-motivated and have strong executive presence. Additionally, solid verbal and written communication, organizational and prioritization skills are critical to success.

This role will provide exposure to the breadth of HR initiatives and is a great stepping-stone for a future HR Business Partner or HR COE role.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the Employee Listening Strategy implementation for the Corporate Zone and provide feedback to the global Employee Listening team to ensure effectiveness for the global functions

  • Partner with HRBPs and L&D subject matter authorities on capability plan development, gap analysis and action plans to build critical skills and ensure effective organization structures and systems are in place across the functions. This role will also be the primary partner with visibility across functional workstreams and will be responsible for identifying common needs, driving visibility across the HRBPs and partnering to develop solutions at scale where possible.

  • Main liaison between the WHQ HRBPs and the global D&I team. Work across the zone to enhance D&I efforts and influence HRBPs and leaders in everything we do to ensure D&I is the foundation by which we live our values.

  • HR Transformation team member, driving transparency to project goals and liaising with external consultants and internal partners to provide functional perspective and ensure all workstreams are communicating and working towards shared goals.

  • Pull, integrate, and analyze data to provide insights on a range of topics (employee demographics, headcount analysis, skills and capabilities, talent ratings, etc.) to support business partners.

  • Support the WHQ Rewards Lead in sourcing inputs from HRBP and COE partners, validating data metrics and developing insights for the Monthly Performance Review materials which get presented to the Global Chief People Officer

  • Mentor HR analysts to drive performance and results as well as to build a solid pipeline of HR talent for the organization.

  • Track and assess success measures of roadmap landmarks for the WHQ P&P team against project/ initiatives associated with the annual HR Talent and Total Rewards cycles’

  • Other activities as assigned


  • Bachelor’s Degree is required

  • 3+ years of experience directly supporting an HR team or broader HR exposure

  • Confirmed experience leading & carrying out complex projects & initiatives for a HR organization, engaging with cross-functional partnerships to influence & drive decision making

  • High proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to manipulate data in Excel including v-lookups and pivot tables

  • Tableau and Workday experience preferred

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills – ability to gain trust through strong communication and doing what you say you will do

  • Strong research, writing, analytical and critical reasoning skills

  • Excellent organizational skills, self-starter and ability to meet deadlines and balance contending priorities.

  • Ability to be flexible in an ambiguous and vibrant environment

  • Stable disposition for dealing with classified and highly sensitive information

  • A willingness to learn on your own and take initiative

  • Solid attention to detail
