HR Solution Center Representative

We’re hiring an HR Solution Center Representative to join our HR Solution Center. Our Human Resources Solution Center (HRSC) and COVID hotline team provides accurate, high quality, responses and solutions to internal and external customers. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers by addressing COVID related requests that are received through phone calls, email, and our service request platform.

The target location for this role is Land O’Lakes Corporate Headquarters in Arden Hills, MN, however this position can be remote (virtual) and located anywhere in the USA

Responsibilities:

  • Act as front-line support for inquiries made via phone, email, or our service request platform into the HR Solution Center/COVID hotline. 

  • Ensure that telephone calls and cases are responded to in a professional and timely manner and all information is entered into the HR Solution Center/COVID hotline tracking system.

  • Work closely with functional departments (e.g., Benefits, Payroll, HR) and utilize COVID bot to ensure accuracy of information being utilized.

Experience/Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly desired. Candidates without a degree that have related work experience may be considered

  • Strong customer service experience; driven to help others with HR related questions; positive partner to solving problems and questions

  • Strong systems knowledge including Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, OneNote etc..), HRIS Systems

  • Ability to juggle competing priorities

  • Inquisitive and ability to operate with some level of ambiguity

  • Ability to handle challenging customers

Preferred Experience/Skills:

  • Bilingual English/Spanish

  • Workday experience

Approximate Salary Range: $45,000-$50,000
