As Workday Functional Data Consultant you will rise to the challenge of solving complex inter-system problems and want to develop SaaS, SOA, web service expertise. You will bring your technical skills, ability to keep the business context in sight, and roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic to a team with a positive, can-do attitude, a diverse culture and a passion for helping our customers to be successful.

  • Implement analytical methods to solve specific business problems utilizing Workday
  • Improve upon existing methodologies by developing new data sources, testing model enhancements, and fine-tuning our current scorecards
  • Directly contribute functional and technical enhancements in Workday
  • Build customer-facing reporting tools to provide insights and metrics which track forecast performance and explain variance.
  • Collaborate with Workday functional & technical teams, Workday, 3rd party providers, and business leaders to define product requirements, provide analytical support, and communicate feedback.
  • Presenting critical data in a format that is immediately useful to answer questions about the inputs and outputs of Workday insights and improving their performance.
  • Advise and research continuous improvements in the Workday people analytics space as to drive the next implementations
  • Close cooperation with other technical teams (other corporate IT systems) and functional teams (HRIS, HR SMEs, external 3rd parties, Workday)
  • Owns technical & data design documentation and ensures quality and compliance with documentation guidelines
  • System configuration based on functional requirements;
  • Performance testing
  • Creating technical and operational documentation;
  • Practical experience gained on Workday implementation projects
  • Identifying strategies, alternatives, approaches, risks, and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements
