We are currently looking for an experienced People Reporting Analyst to support reporting tasks based in Malaysia. The People Reporting Analyst reports to the Analytics and Insights Manager, and responsible for delivery of analytics solutions in accordance with agreed service standards. Your duties include but not limited to: 

  • Acts as a subject matter expert and provides guidance to the People & Culture and broader Lendlease community in relation to reporting and analytics.

  • Establish and proactively manage stakeholder relationships, within the People & Culture team and externally, including managing customer expectations and seeking customer feedback.

  • Continuously monitor and make enhancement recommendations to the Analytics and Insights Manager

  • Coaching and guidance to People & Culture colleagues on best practice analytics

  • Provides customer service via the response to enquiries received via ServiceNow

To be considered for this role:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource (or related) with a minimum 5 years of experience in a shared services (or similar) environment operating and delivering Workday reports or similar SaaS platforms.

  • Proven knowledge and understanding of human resource lifecycle and concepts.

  • Strong communication skills allowing you to partner closely with various stakeholders to ensure positive business outcomes.

  • You must be proactive in nature, and resourceful with attention to details.
