JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the production support function for the Workday system, ensuring that all user issues and system outages are addressed promptly and effectively by the team.
  • Act as the primary contact for key stakeholders and end users, facilitating communication and providing end-to-end and high-level support for operational processes in Workday.
  • Analyze and resolve complex issues related to Workday functionality, including configuration and process errors.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements and best practices across HRIS operations using Workday capabilities.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end users, managers, and the HR team; create user manuals and documentation to facilitate smooth operation and knowledge transfer.
  • Support Audit & compliance in alignment with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HRIT, HR, and other departments to ensure alignment of workflows and processes that support business goals.
  • Provide guidance and technical support to Senior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • In-depth expertise in Workday Core HR, Compensation, Performance Management, and Recruiting, with the ability to troubleshoot critical tasks and provide guidance to the team.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the business process framework, including the application of condition and validation rules and notifications, as well as the ability to implement small enhancements.
  • Proficient in Workday reporting, including advanced, matrix reports & able to create Dashboards.
  • Experience in creating and executing EIB mass updates while conducting regular data governance in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday security, with experience in maintaining domain security.
  • Advanced knowledge of calculated fields for use in reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail and providing guidance to the team.
  • Capable of working independently without much supervision.
  • Enhancing the team's skills and knowledge through targeted training and development initiatives.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of building relationships and effectively conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a support specialist or expert on Workday HR modules
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst Or lead a team with a focus on Workday, preferably in a production support role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing production support issues and leading cross-functional projects.
