JOB TITLE:                            Associate – HR Functional Specialist

REPORT TO:                         Manager – HR Solutions

LOCATION:                           Kuala Lumpur

RESPONSIBILITIES

Our HR Solutions is an organization built to provide support to employees, managers, and HR colleagues around the world to ensure they can resolve HR questions, complete HR tasks, and get support from HR to allow them to focus on their roles in making a difference for people around the globe. As the HR Functional Specialist, you will work with the HR organization, employees, and managers across a wide variety of HR processes and transactions

Key Objectives / Deliverables:

  • To support Tier 1 & Tier 2 (Call support and Data management)
  • Assess and resolve customer inquiries and issues (via phone, chat and case management tool) or escalate to the next level of service within the appropriate functional area as per the service delivery routing structure
  • Process HR transactions, logging and closing cases, and ensuring data quality including but not limited to the following:
    • Data management
    • Organization management
    • Compensation administration
    • Recruiting operations
  • Create, update, store relevant employment documentation
  • Conduct data quality reviews, monitor and correct processing errors
  • Provide feedback and information to support high quality information in the HR Solutions
  • Assist in testing upgrades and new system functionality
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years’ experience working in HR operations or other transactional / operational work
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Bilingual: Fluent in Mandarin & English (Added advantage: Japanese language)
  • Experience in using Workday system (Preferable)
  • Specialized knowledge in HR
  • Strong Data Management skills
  • Ability to navigate computerized data entry system or other relevant applications
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
