Your role
- Support the HR function through effective management of HR processes, maintaining documentation, data management and advise on HR policy and process queries.
- Provide support across the employee lifecycle, being the first point of contact for queries and administration.
- Support the continual improvement and development of HR admin processes,
- Run cyclical reports to update the firm/external bodies.
- Provide support to HR team such as incoming mail, processing, HR related invoices and expenses, travel arrangements, and arranging meetings as required.
- Provide support on any ad-hoc HR related projects.

Experience
- HR experience in blue-chip organisations where HR has been an effective business partner. Exposure to professional services firm would be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in HR administration.

- Confident and effective communicator, both oral and written.
- Adaptable, flexible and can-do approach
- Common sense.
- Proactive with strong prioritisation skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong team skills.
Commercially aware.
Language
- English. Cantonese would be desirable.
Office Skills
- Advanced computer skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Exposure to HR systems/databases
- Workday experience would be a plus
