Bilingual Sr. Coordinator, People Services

Reporting to the Manager of People Service, the Sr. Clerk will provide front-line solutions to our colleagues’ Payroll, Pension & Benefits inquiries or triage them to our Subject Matter Experts for optimal resolution.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide excellent customer service in response to inquiries from active and terminated colleagues, and external vendors and agencies regarding corporate programs, policies and processes
  • Become a front-line representative for colleague questions or concerns through telephone, emails and/or self-serve
  • Support colleagues and Subject Matter Expert’s inquiries in Service Now
  • Manage multiple tasks while being responsible for your own workload in a team based environment
  • Play a key role in assisting colleagues with Workday support
  • Implementation of new processes
  • Various other duties as required

The candidates must possess the following skills:

  • Bilingual French/English
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal in both languages
  • Must have strong customer service experience
  • Ability to converse comfortably with business partners
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail and commitment to excellence
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently or part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Must have excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to meet required deadlines/targets
  • Be flexible and able to adapt to change in a positive manner
  • Strong Microsoft O365 is an asset
  • Previous experience with Service Now case management platform is an asset
  • Contribute to a positive working environment
  • Time of Operation: Monday to Friday  7AM – 5 PM to Friday
  • Shift may be rotated on occasion based on operational hours of 7 AM – 5 PM
