The Human Resources Services Advisor is the first point of contact for assigned client groups. The HR Service Advisor acts with considerable independence, discretion, judgment and initiative in providing timely and accurate information and advice on policies, procedures, administrative and operational issues and collective agreements.

This role is the on-site presence for the EMEA shared service hub based from Manchester, UK and provides collaboration, key information and insights to support service delivery to the Porriño Site.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact for any service related questions for hiring managers, employees and other HR team members and taking care of HR request until closure (end to end incl. tracking and tracing). Create high end user experience

  • Use multiple HR and Payroll systems to support the resolution of customer queries using ticketing system (Service Now) within Business SLA

  • Initiate changes in Workday (HRIS) as defined by process

  • Proactive advisory on “how to” for HRBP’s and line managers

  • Monitor quality of Transactional work produced by the Hubs, along with key HR Services metrics

Key requirements:

  • Understanding of the Employee Life Cycle and Workforce Administration

  • Human Resources Administration Experience with basic payroll understanding

  • Experience with Payroll and WorkDay systems

  • Spanish and English is a must

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder management
