LSI is looking for a Senior HR Services Advisor who is the first point of contact for assigned client groups (HR and employees) and acts with considerable independence, discretion and initiative in providing timely and accurate information on HR policies, procedures, processes, guidelines and operational issues across the region.
Act as first point of contact for key stakeholders for service related questions via the case management system.
Manage assigned HR operational cases end-to-end ensuring resolution within defined metrics. When required, redirect cases to appropriate team to ensure resolution and closure.
Adept at navigating multiple HR & payroll systems to support the resolution of customer queries via case management system.
Manage regional compliance programs (AAP, EEO, Vets 4212) for assigned locations. Ensure accurate data is submitted in accordance with annual deadlines.
Facilitate onboarding & offboarding of employees for assigned locations.
Troubleshoot issues and initiate employee changes in Workday, as defined by business process, while acting as subject matter expert on system.
Maintain a working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, processes and guidelines
Establish and maintain collaboration with HRBP Community for stakeholder delivery
Assists with ad-hoc HR projects in region.
BS in Human Resources, Psychology, or Related field of study required
5-10 years in Workforce Administration, Payroll and Benefits and Workday experience required
Understands requests of internal and/or external customers and delivers solutions
Demonstrates persistence and motivation to overcome obstacles and challenges
