This Sr. HR Manager, APAC HR Operations position will be accountable for the APAC HR Operations team that is responsible for providing customer service to the employees, company business units, and management.  Ensuring employees and managers have access to accurate and timely data, systems and information to enable self-service, and HR requests are responded to professionally and within predefined time frames.  Support colleagues in the delivery of shared team goals and objectives, together with delivering in line with the company and Human Resources Department strategic imperatives.  Will embrace the tactical and strategic aspects of the role and have a real opportunity to bring continuous improvement. 

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Manage the planning, development, implementation, administration, and budgeting for assigned APAC HR Operations team and functional areas such as probation and on/off-boarding.

  • Manage managers who are responsible for multiple countries or regions in working with the global team.

  • Accountable for developing team and resource planning.

  • Oversee the APAC Global HR Operations Handbook, HR Operations Helpdesk User Guides, and HR Approval Matrix in partnership with the global team.

  • Oversee teams on assigned process documentation, programs, policies, and practices.

  • Partner with HR and external groups to ensure all processes and policies are administered efficiently.


  • 10+ years of relevant HR work experience.  Strong knowledge of general human resources practices, procedures, and laws.

  • 2+ years of Workday HCM experience as HR end user and familiar with the set-up process is highly desired.

  • Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent experience required. 

  • Strong MS Office Suite work experience, emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Effectively manage managers and teams for multiple countries or regions.

  • Exceptional communication skills at all levels within and outside of the organization.

  • Proficient in English is required and additionally Chinese, Japanese, or Thai. 

  • Extraordinary focus on detail, accuracy, and quality.

  • Proven ability to lead a team with high integrity, accountability, and ownership.

  • Creative problem solver with extreme attention to detail with the ability to take consultative approach to problem solving.
