Job Description:

Under supervision of the Director of People & Culture Operations, the People Systems and Analytics Manager will lead the implementation and daily operations of our People Systems function and the delivery of people metrics and analytics.   This role is responsible for the enablement of People & Culture strategy through technology by facilitating the engagement with People & Culture leaders and support.

The People Systems & Analytics Manager will:

  • Supervise the day-to-day activities of our P&C Information Systems, Workday.
  • Work alongside the People & Culture department to align People Systems enhancement to the strategic needs of People & Culture.
  • Oversee all system upgrades and system additions in partnership with the Director of People & Culture Operations.
  • Ensure all People & Culture-related systems are compliant with data privacy and security requirements.
  • Oversee the development and distribution of people analytics that “tell the story” of all the important work the People & Culture team delivers to our team members.

Role and Responsibilities:

Under supervision of the Director, People & Culture Operations, the People Systems and Analytics Manager will:

  • Oversees and maintains optimal function of the organizations internal P&C information services systems, which may include data integrity management, integration support, implementation, configuration, development, maintenance, and upgrades to People & Culture technology solutions.
  • Oversees and maintains configuration of the Workday solution ensuring that the application meets all data security and privacy requirements.
  • Partners with People Analytics Lead on the development and distribution of People metrics and analytics.
  • Implements, modifies, and enhances People Systems to meet changing business needs.
  • Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to People & Culture employees.
  • Collaborates with People & Culture leadership and People & Culture staff to identify needed improvements and enhancements to existing technology; recommends and implements solutions.
  • Serves as Sr. Analyst and liaison between P&C, IT, external vendors, and other stakeholders for P&C Information Systems design and implementation projects.
  • Coordinates the People Systems backlog and provides support to other People Systems staff to ensure work is completed in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in data management and security, People & Culture technology, and P&C Information Systems applications.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Experience, Qualifications, and Education:

  • Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of Workday.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with People & Culture policies and procedures to ensure the P&C Information Systems meets organizational needs and goals.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to keep information confidential.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Human Resource Management required.
  • At least five years of overseeing the operations of a People Systems function required.
  • Prior experience supervising at least one employee preferred.
