At Lyreco, we offer more than just a job, but a career! Our IT P&C Team is looking for a talented and ambitious Workday HRIS Consultant F/M to join our team in HQ (Marly-59) or our subsidiary in Poland (Gdansk).

The IT P&C team consists of 4 consultants based in Marly (France) and Gdansk (Poland), combining expertise and support roles. In addition to Workday, we manage a portfolio of peripheral tools such as SAP HR and LMS systems, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the company’s People & Culture needs.

YOUR MISSIONS

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine business requirements.
  • Design, develop, and implement new Workday enhancements and projects.
  • Design and optimize integrations, workflows, and custom reports.
  • Coordinate unit testing and user acceptance testing of new features in Workday/HRIS applications.
  • Provide user training and support during deployment and post-implementation phases.
  • Analyze and optimize existing Workday processes.
  • Resolve HRIS-related incidents and coordinate the swift resolution of priority issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define HR technology roadmaps and provide strategic guidance on Workday solutions.
  • Participate in the implementation of HR projects and the administration of HR tools.

YOUR PROFILE

  • At least 2 years of experience as an HRIS/Workday Consultant.
  • Expertise in Workday configurations, integrations, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of HR processes.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Familiarity with IT service management methodologies (ITIL).
  • Experience with agile change management methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA).
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
  • Commitment to personal and technical growth, embracing learning opportunities beyond your comfort zone.
  • Availability for occasional business travel.
  • Fluent in English – both written and spoken.
