Job Overview:

The Lytx People Services team is looking for a customer service focused, People Operations Coordinator to support our San Diego office. This role will assist with a variety of People Operation tasks to support across all functions within our People Team. This role also provides onsite support to our facilities department Tuesday – Thursday.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the completion of People Operations tasks such as pre-onboarding, onboarding, offboarding, and employment data changes and data entry
  • Complete regular audits of HRIS/Workday data and additional audits to support Benefits and Compensation teams as needed.
  • Maintain internal process documentation and Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) to ensure information is accurate.
  • Provide Tier 1 support for our People Services Ticketing System by troubleshooting tickets or assigning to appropriate subject matter experts.
  • Perform data entry and process data changes in Workday, such as position creation, supervisory changes, location changes, etc.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to transition and/or streamline miscellaneous Coordinator tasks such as employee gift ordering, new hire swag, rewards program support etc.
  • Generate employment letters and agreements utilizing standard templates
  • Assist with document storage and processing, such as incoming mail review and distribution, and file room maintenance
  • Support on-site activities and room setups, provide front desk coverage, and serve as a back-up to receptionist during breaks, lunches and time-off.
  • All other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

 

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years of HR/People experience with general understanding of HR concepts and regulations
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Adhere to strict confidentiality and a high degree of integrity
  • Organized, accurate and strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Excel
  • Prior experience with Service Now and Workday desired

Hourly rate is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan.  The expected hiring hourly rate for this position is:

$25.19 – $31.80
