We have an exciting new opportunity for a People Business Partner to provide operational support to our customer support team in Southern Europe.  You will deliver on the people strategy and provide professional support and guidance to the team on areas such as employee relations, talent management, performance management, employee engagement and retention and compensation and benefits in line with policies.  You will update and maintain programs and policies including maintaining accurate records in our HRIS Workday.  We have a hybrid working model and you will be expected to be office based at least three days a week working from our Paris office in La Defense.  Occasional travel to our offices in Italy and Spain expected.

You will have a professional HR qualification and or relevant experience working in an operational role within a face-paced environment.  You will have fluent French and English spoken and written language skills, Spanish and/or Italian are desirable but not essential.  You will have the ability to understand the business issues and take a business/commercial approach to finding solutions.  Knowledge and experience of managing employee benefits and or global mobility advantageous as is experience of working for a US owned high-tech organization.  Workday experience highly desirable.
