The Human Resource Analyst, Staff (Employee Relation Analyst) provides support to employees, supervisors and managers by providing advice and guidance on issues concerning employment policy, procedure or practice. Conducts investigations and assists management in addressing performance concerns and the resolution of issues such as adverse actions and harassment complaints. Responsible for ensuring compliance with all state/federal leave laws in coordination with related company policies. Follows administrative processes, procedures and provides employee and management support/education to ensure adherence to established employment policies and practices.



• Create, document and maintain solid operational Employee Relations processes and practices to ensure compliance and consistency in the execution and administration of employment actions.

• Apply knowledge of ADA and reasonable accommodation process. Conduct interactive process with employees regarding requests for reasonable Employee Relations processes and practices to

ensure compliance and consistency in the execution and administration of employment actions.

• Investigate charges of discrimination and harassment filed with federal and state agencies or filed as an internal grievance; recommend resolutions to employee problems, issues and concerns; follow up with employees after resolution of employee complaints and concerns.

• Advise/counsel executives and people managers on a wide variety of personnel issues to ensure fair employment practices and compliance with employment legislation and company policy.

• Keep abreast of trends and changes in HR legislation and effect change or make recommendations for change to keep the company policies and practices in compliance with local, state and federal employment law; enforce legal and regulatory requirements impartially.

• Visit Company locations, as needed, and consult with other subject matter experts in the Company as necessary to assist in resolving complaints within established service level agreements (SLAs).

• Participate in Merger and Acquisition processes, including due diligence and implementation.

• Liaise and support the legal team in compiling documentation for employment related claims.

• Participate in the creation and rollout of ER policy & program initiatives.

• Collaborate with HR Services, Sector clients, and HRBPs to ensure continuous improvement.

• Provide audit representation for internal and external audits, including DCAA and I-9.

• Represent the employer at external agency administrative hearings.

• Perform additional duties and projects, as assigned.


• Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.


• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in conducting internal investigations.

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years’ related (Human Resources) experience including knowledge of federal, state and local EEO statutes, regulations and guidelines, and providing advice and counsel to rank-and-file employees to mid- and senior-level company executives.

• Strong Microsoft Office software skills, Workday experience a plus.

The projected compensation range for this position is $71,500-$118,800. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
