The successful Talent Attraction Analyst will own, prioritize, and drive strategic attraction and candidate outreach initiatives across the ManTech Talent Acquisition team promoting ManTech as a top talent destination and employer of choice. This role will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition Enterprise Programs with dotted line reporting to the Enterprise Marketing & Communications team. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


  • Coordinate with ManTech’s Marketing and Communications team to support the production of materials related to Talent Acquisition’s attraction strategy, develop social media content and engagement activities pertaining to Talent Acquisition’s online presence, and ensure consistency across digital platforms.
  • Proactively identify, develop, and execute Talent Acquisition go-to-market communication strategies and events including special incentive campaigns, military and veteran outreach, diversity and inclusion programs, university and intern publications, and alumni engagements.
  • Develop content and partner with ManTech’s Marketing & Communications team on the development and execution of marketing and communications assets in support of Talent Acquisition’s recruiting plans which will include media, campaign, digital and collateral materials.
  • Coordinate and partner with ManTech Marketing and Communications team to implement ongoing employee value proposition videos to support job description postings and career page growth.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders to coordinate the execution of recruiting events; deliver regular recruiting event collateral updates to internal stakeholders and provide recruiters with tools to ensure success; create and manage pipeline and event requisitions as needed, develop landing page content working with Enterprise Marketing & Communications and unique application options for a diverse candidate landscape
  • Manage 3rd party media talent attraction consulting firm to facilitate continual education, tracking and utilization of media tools and employment attraction strategies.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders and ManTech Marketing and Communications team to develop procedures and job aids for the Talent Acquisition team related to best practices for attraction of applicants to ManTech.
  • Identify and deliver data analytics and reporting on talent acquisition recruiter media tools, quantify return on investment (ROI) and provide required training and recommendations for optimization.
  • Curate trending talent attractions examples and competitive market awareness to design best in class candidate attraction efforts.
  • Promote ManTech as an employer of choice in every action.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Talent Acquisition or Communications with exposure to marketing
  • Proven experience developing and implementing successful recruitment campaigns in geographically dispersed locations seeking cleared and uncleared talent via social media and other media vehicles.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to formulate compelling narratives and stories with data.
  • Excellent project management capabilities with the ability to multitask and support multiple resources.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and social media content curation for candidate attraction projects.
  • Experience partnering with marketing and communications team and 3rd party media providers on creative content development (print and digital), execution and successful outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to problem solve and resourceful in finding solutions.
  • Up to 10% travel is required of this role

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Workday Recruiter, Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Understanding of Drupal and/or WordPress
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Experience with virtual career fair management
  • Experience with MS SharePoint
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
