Benefits Specialist, EMEA

You will report to and work in close collaboration with the Regional Benefits Manager, EMEA and be part of the wider MMC International Benefits team within the People Function.

Working across multiple regions in EMEA, this is a challenging and busy role where no two days will be the same.

We will rely on you to:
Prosper Benefits Platform (Darwin), for 7 EMEA countries:
-
Maintenance of all Prosper site content.
-
Reading/reviewing benefits specification documents, raising detailed change request forms and project managing with the Darwin team through to and including UAT.
-
Annually, managing renewals on Prosper as well as any mid-year changes to benefits as required.

Providing support on Prosper queries across the EMEA region and troubleshooting.
Within the full EMEA region of c.48 countries, research and data gather benefit information for the purposes of:

Creating proposals (predominantly in PowerPoint), providing benefit comparisons for M&A and harmonisation scenarios.

HR relationship building and managing benefits related queries.

Working with our broker network and other internal and external partners.

Supporting the Regional Benefits Manager (and other members of the Benefits management team when required). Example items may include analysis around new benefit launches or reviews of current benefits.
What you need to have:

Significant previous experience of benefits administration within a large, matrixed organisation.

Detailed working knowledge of Darwin or similar benefits administration/flexible benefits platform is essential.

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
-
Excellent written English language skills, utilising Plain English to communicate complexities in a simplified, easy to understand way.

Excellent relationship building skills with a wide range of stakeholders and the ability to effectively communicate with senior colleagues across multiple countries, with cultural awareness.

Resilience, with the ability to work at pace, on own initiative and to work with ambiguity
What makes you stand out:

Working knowledge of Workday and/or other HR systems an advantage

Fluency in a second European language desirable but not essential (must be fluent in English)
