Marsh McLennan is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Manila office:

HRS Operations Analyst

HR Services Operations is the first tier of HR delivery for employees and managers, responding to inquiries about policies and HR programs. As the HRS Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for all employee letters, employee benefits enquires, and working with third party vendors. We will count on you to:

  • Manages day to day transactional execution of employee Human Resources programs; Reviews, analyzes and applies company policies to determine eligibility and partner with internal departments and 3rd Party Vendors for a seamless delivery.
  • Analyzes basic time-keeping and absence management system(s) issues by researching time entries and historical data; determines errors/corrections, reviews Op-Co specific policies and makes appropriate updates/corrections; Partners with appropriate departments to resolve.
  • Updates and maintains the HR system of record with all information pertaining to an employee; Provides employee data/history from HR Management System for all government and statutory requests.
  • Verifies the proper approvals are obtained for monetary transactions and review colleagues’ transactions for accuracy.
  • Provides timely and accurate communications to colleagues, managers, HR Business Partners/Generalist and peers.
  • Reviews documentations for program related payments to ensure disbursements are in compliance with company policy/regulations and laws.
  • Responsible for employee record retrieval and uploading documentation for programs administered by HR Service Center.

What you need to have:

  • 2 to 3 years of demonstrable experience in a human resource related capacity.  
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and written skills in English.
  • Working knowledge of Workday a plus but not necessary.
