Marsh McLennan Turkey is seeking candidates for “HR Services Operations Analyst” based in the Istanbul office!

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting different HR processes and systems, ensuring that day-to-day HR activities run efficiently and that colleagues and managers receive optimal functional support.

  • Supporting management in the roll out of business and HR plans including human capital change initiatives, talent acquisition, retention, reward /recognition and execution of lower-level actions resulting from organization re-design.

  • Carrying out the necessary actions and controls for ensuring that the processes are executed in compliance with the standard

  • Communicating internally and externally stakeholders.

  • Keeping the headcount data up-to-date

  • Completing all other colleague-related transactions executed and creates documents.

  • Assisting recruitment (Contract, Workday Setup, Entry cards, Internal Communication and onboarding process including IT collaboration for new entries)

  • Providing support with Payroll and Benefits process including monthly setup, monthly reporting (Pension, Lunch Cards, Private Health) and keeping vendor relationship.

  • Preparing Benefits deduction lists, supporting with reconciliation of data, arranging pension payments.

  • Taking active part in HR Shared Services projects and driving harmonization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field to become familiar with HR standards and procedures

  • 1 year of experience in HR Operations in a multicultural company

  • Strong communication skills, cross-functional team working perspective, detail-oriented, strong analytical thinking ability and planning skills

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel will be an advantage

  • Workday experience is preferred.

  • Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
