Job Overview:

Oliver Wyman is seeking a Compensation Analyst to provide broad based compensation support to advance strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and possess excellent analytical and interpersonal capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct annual market pay analysis to ensure compensation programs remain competitive with the market

  • Manage ad hoc market pricing activities throughout the year and recommend salary and total compensation ranges for new hires and promotions

  • Manage survey activities including participation in various surveys and analysis of results

  • Play a lead role in the administration of the annual compensation review process

  • Support several year-round compensation processes

  • Develop and maintain annual compensation communication materials

  • Support special projects as necessary

Experience Required:

  • 1-3 years of experiences working in compensation, human resources, or finance

  • BA or BS degree or equivalent

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.  Must be comfortable working with and manipulating large amounts of data in Excel.
