Marsh McLennan Turkey is seeking candidates for Senior Human Resources Manager based in the Istanbul office!

We will count on you to:

Senior HR Manager for Eastern Mediterranean Region(Turkey, Cyprus, Greece and Israel), coach, support and advises People Managers aiming to develop the quality of people management throughout the entire colleagues’ lifecycle.

Ensure that HR policies, practices and programs fit the company’s business and people strategies.

Partner with business leaders, continuously assess current organizational structures & needs and identify required changes and new architectures to drive improved business performance.

Provide expert HR guidance and support to management on a range of HR issues, including performance management, talent development, change management.

Conduct compensation and benefit and performance management system for Marsh McLennan colleagues, leveraging in the Country compensation and benefit, performance model designed by the global Total Rewards COE (Centre of Expertise), by adapting them to the local needs

Works with HR Shared Services and COEs to provide meaningful analytics to the business to implement and evaluate initiatives and plans that result in increased organizational effectiveness, engagement, leadership performance and the overall colleague experience.

Participates and assists in HR initiatives and key deliverables as assigned.

Support, the rollout and delivery of global/regional HR programs in the East Med Region and contribute to process improvements
What you need to have:

B.A. or B.S from accredited university required
-
At least 5 years of proven experience in working in a matrix structure preferable in multinational organizations

Demonstrated ability to coach People Managers effectively through all steps of the employee life cycle

Proactive problem solver with strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Excellent leadership skills including decision making, conflict management and ability to influence other
-
Proficient user of MS Office tools, Workday experience is a plus
-
Advanced level of written and verbal English

Excellent interpersonal, counselling, negotiation skills and influencing skills
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels
-
To be willingly conduct compensation & benefit, performance management, talent management
-
Understands global issues and solutions affecting the countries in which he/she has to be involved

Previous experience in Compensation and Benefits would be a plus
