Sr. Associate – Workday Practice (Senior IT Implementation Consultant II)

We will count on you to:

Undertake the day to day lead on client contract ensuring that the project requirements, solutions and deliverables meet the client expectations. Provide project leadership by establishing the project plan, monitoring progress against deadlines and responsibilities, managing the project team while reviewing their work and developing status reports using standard templates. Conduct workshops to draw implications and conclusions from analysis to help form recommendations that will be used to facilitate the decision-making process with clients. Responsible for the delivery of Workday tasks, including designing business processes, prototyping and configuring applications, configuring applications integrations, transforming and loading data, testing and validating applications, supporting production rollout, and providing ongoing production support. Conduct research by staying abreast of Workday issues, trends and capabilities to gather business requirements utilized in the analysis and development of proposed client solutions. Assist market Lead and Business Development Manager in new business development by customizing pre-existing proposal material to draft Request for Proposals. Coordinate and troubleshoot system configuration and customer process issues to resolution. Consult with customers on a variety of data integrity issues. Utilize Workdays Implementation Deployment Methodology and Workday PATT solution including work/leave/payroll regulations in the US and Canada. Implement Workday Human Capital Management, Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking. Provide customer support for Workday Human Capital Management, Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking. Utilize PowerBI Data Analytics tool to analyze client data on system configuration and process performance and provide recommendations to optimize system performance and process efficiency and success. Lead Workday Optimization efforts by coordinating project team and consulting client on best solutions to improve system performance and efficiency in order to serve business objectives.

What you need to have: 

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent in any field plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Must have two (2) years of experience: Utilizing Microsoft PowerBI Software; Implementing Workday HCM, Absence, Time Tracking and Payroll and ownership of requisite Workday certifications; providing post-production support solutions for Workday HCM, Absence, Time Tracking and Payroll; providing scoping proposals for Workday post-production support efforts for HCM, Absence, Time Tracking and Payroll; utilizing Workday ecosystem and the touchpoints between all Workday modules in order to consult on system-wide enhancement solutions; project Managing post-production and Workday Optimization engagements and ownership of a Workday Project Management certification; conducting market research and business development work to review and enhance existing service offerings in order to gain competitive advantage in the ecosystem; and creating cohesive presentation materials for all of the above Workday engagements and delivering content to customer stakeholders inclusive of C-Suite and HR/IT Director-level audience. 25% travel required to various and unanticipated company and client locations nationally.
