Marsh McLennan is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Istanbul office: 

Talent Acquisition Coordinator with English

What can you expect? 
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will have an opportunity to work closely with Talent Acquisition Consultants (TACs), Hiring Mangers (HMs) and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and be responsible for all kind of administrative tasks oriented at ensuring the best recruitment experience for candidates and for other parties involved in the recruitment process.

We will count on you to: 

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and Talent Acquisition Consultants (TACs) and hiring managers (HMs) located in Continental Europe region, 

  • Generate offer letters and contracts for new joiners to our business units, 

  • Handle and communicate updates about the pre-boarding processes and documents; partner with Candidates, Talent Acquisition Consultants, and Hiring Managers to ensure necessary documentation has been provided, signed and returned

  • Ensure New Hire data integrity; identify missing or incomplete documentation for new hires, based on data integrity reporting; reviews and analyzes data and provides recommendation to ensure process improvement and efficiency.

  • Liaise with the HR Operations team to ensure all required information is gathered and data is complete.

  • Take part in various project-related activities concerning employer branding and recruitment.  

What you need to have: 

  • Fluency in English (B2+ minimum) is a must 

  • Good command of MS Office (you should be able to modify the structure and appearance of text in MS Word or create an Excel report from time to time), 

  • Very good attention to details, 

  • You should be able to manage different priorities at the same time, 

  • Business maturity – you should feel comfortable working with country leaders and hiring managers at top levels within our organization.

  • Previous experience with Workday/ServiceNow
