Description:
We are seeking a Lead level Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant to join our dynamic Workday Application Management Services team. This role will be based anywhere in the U.S.
In this role you will provide strategic support and system expertise to clients in a post-production environment, focusing on the Advanced Compensation module. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, driving system optimization, process improvements, and delivering high-quality solutions aligned with evolving business needs.
We will count on you to:
- Lead complex configuration, testing and deployment of Advanced Compensation changes, including merit, bonus and stock planning.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions, managing to estimates and due dates.
- Provide functional and technical expertise on compensation-related processes, reporting and integrations (as support is needed).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Compensation and Advanced Compensation as well as related modules (Core HCM, Security, Reporting).
- Train and mentor junior consultants.
- Maintain compliance with SLAs, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.
What you need to have:
- 5+ years of Workday experience.
- 3+ years Workday Advanced Compensation experience.
- Active Workday Certification in Advanced Compensation.
- Deep understanding of Advanced Compensation business processes, configuration and dependencies.
- Ability to interpret client needs, translate them into system requirements, and deliver functional solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields, and EIBs is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple client ticket engagements and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in AMS/Post-Production Workday Support
