Mercer’s Mercer’s Digital Solutions practice team is seeking a Workday Certified Talent Consultant in Canada location where Mercer operates.

We will count on you to:
Lead Workday Talent Optimization implementations with Medium and Large Enterprise clients
Lead design sessions with clients to gather requirements and document key decisions
Actively lead all stages of the project lifecycle, from planning and design phases, through testing and deployment
Translate business requirements into Talent configuration
Provide guidance and direction to clients during various testing cycles of prototypes
Mentor / coach new and less-experienced consultants
Continue to learn and develop as a consultant and Workday practitioner and share your knowledge with the team
We would like you to have:
Workday Talent Certification
Hands-on experience on multiple Workday Talent implementations
3+ years of functional Workday implementation experience as a certified consultant with a Workday partner
Ability to successfully participate in client-facing situations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
