The Masco Service Center (MSC) provides HR Shared Services to our employees, and we’re looking to add a hard-working Employee Experience Coordinator to our team. This position offers a flexible schedule with a mix of onsite and remote work. We are also open to fully remote candidates.
As an Employee Experience Coordinator, you’ll help employees with their HR-related questions that range from benefits to payroll to systems support and much more. We’ll provide hands-on training and support in many areas of HR critical for offering fast and accurate assistance.
In this position, you’ll primarily assist employees when they contact the MSC by phone or our case management system. You’ll also have the opportunity to support various department projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn about various HR functions, providing a foundation for building a successful career in Human Resources.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Sympathetically respond to employee questions and shift quickly between phone calls, case management, and HR systems.
- Use job aids, policies, and other reference materials to assist in answering employee inquiries.
- Document incoming calls using Workday case management to resolve issues within identified service level agreements.
- Communicate positively and clearly with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
- Coordinate with different departments on cross-functional projects.
- Assist in developing training materials for new hires.
- Monitor trends in employee inquiries to identify areas for process improvement.
Qualifications and Requirements
- The work shift for this position is 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM EST Monday through Friday. Occasional flexibility in your schedule will be appreciated during normal business hours (8:30 AM to 8:00 PM EST).
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience is a requirement; completion of college degree is desirable.
- Spanish Proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to consistently deliver high-quality customer service in a professional manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication abilities; meticulousness and precision.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office is required. Experience with Workday and UKG Dimensions is preferred.
- Knowledge of HR policies/procedures preferred; ability/willingness to learn quickly if not already familiar.
