Position Overview
Are you enthusiastic about developing system solutions? The Masco Service Center (MSC) provides HR Shared Services to our employees, and we’re looking to add a passionate Senior HRIS Analyst focused on Workday Reporting and Integration development. In this role, you’ll partner with our Business Units develop HRIS solutions, configure system interfaces, and lead or support various department projects. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a collaborative customer focused team and develop your own HRIS abilities.
Workday Specific Responsibilities
- Integration development – partner with stakeholders and vendors to develop, troubleshoot, and deploy technical system interfaces of varying complexity.
- Report administration – develop advanced Workday reports using various tools available such as dashboards, discovery boards, composite reports, etc.
- Workday Prism analytics – capture customer requirements, build data models, and use Workday’s Prism analytics tool to build datasets using Workday and non-Workday data.
- Workday core HCM – support HCM related processes and data across Workday. Includes staying up to date on new functionality, developing configuration changes, and supporting various data loads through EIBs.
- Workday releases – review and test enhancements that are rolled out through Workday releases. Identify where the organization can benefit and embrace new functionality.
- Operations support – support and troubleshoot any issues that are raised to HRIS through ServiceNow case management.
- Projects – Responsible for supporting and in some cases leading projects related to Workday or HRIS.
Other Responsibilities
- Deliver HR process solutions – Analyze business processes handled by the MSC. Engage customers at various levels to design and deliver process enhancements.
- Analytical problem solving – Interpret information collected from multiple sources and from business process reviews to uncover redundancies, lack of controls, non-value-added tasks, and any other gaps impacting process efficiencies.
- Drive continuous improvement – Lead or participate in Kaizen’s and HR process initiatives to enhance service delivery and add enterprise value.
- Collaborate – Develop strong relationships and partner with CoEs, HR, Payroll, and IT to identify and implement solutions.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of working within SaaS HRIS platforms, like Workday/ Oracle HCM etc.
- 3+ year working with Workday Reporting (Advanced, Composite, etc.). Workday Prism experience highly preferred.
- 3+ years of experience with integration development, EIB, XLST, Core Connectors etc. Workday Studio experience highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively support or lead projects.
- Comfortable interacting with diverse functional groups, including technical staff, senior management, and third parties. Able to communicate clearly at all levels of the organization, both in writing and verbally.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to breakdown broad activities into specific tasks to identify process issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Excellent priority setting and time management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience working cross-functionally to design and implement end-to-end solutions.
- Project management certification preferred (PMP or equivalent)
- Very curious individual that thrives with continuous learning
- Detailed experience working with Human Resource processes and functions.
- Formal business process improvement methodology certification (eg Kaizen, Lean, or Six Sigma training)

Hiring Range: $81,500.00 – $128,040.00
