Work Responsibilities: 

This position will be hybrid, working on-site to support in-person interviews at our office and warehouse locations in Mooresville, NC, and can work remotely when possible.

  • Conduct full lifecycle recruiting for all levels of positions within the organization, from hourly warehouse positions to senior leadership level roles.

  • Responsible for scheduling phone screens, panel interviews, and conducting candidate background checks and drug screens.

  • Lead all aspects of operational processes within Talent Acquisition to ensure there is a seamless flow, strong focus on customer service, legal compliance, and adherence to established policies and procedures.

  • Leverage available tools and technology, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Phenom.

  • Refine and evolve the hiring process through collaboration with hiring managers.

  • Lead Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives; engage in self‐directed work, create, and maintain timelines for projects, and manage deadlines.

  • Build effective talent acquisition/recruiting strategies by identifying emerging market trends and using data to help advise those strategies.

  • Analyze metrics to ensure Talent Acquisition is meeting or exceeding goals.

Diverse Skills and Experience That You Will Bring to the Role:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting required; experience working in other HR functions is a plus

  • Experience working with Workday Recruiting system or similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS) required

  • Experience working with 3rd party vendor agencies including background check vendors

  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – including the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and maintain confidentiality is required

  • Requires outstanding interpersonal abilities. This individual needs to have the ability to get along with diverse personalities while being tactful, mature, and flexible
