Job Title

Lead Systems Analyst – Workday

• Defines requirements for new processes and customizations, adhering to standards, and best practices
• Responsible for operational excellence
• Collaborate with other business owners on critical business requirements and delivering solutions

• Design Workday solutions for Workday modules (i.e. HCM, Recruiter, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Time Tracking, Absence)
• Lead project teams, collaborate with business partners, vendor/ consulting organizations and peer level professionals from other IT disciplines
• Lead mid-large sized enterprise projects and ensure delivery meeting the timeline
• Applies Workday technical capabilities within own discipline to coach and develop junior team members
• Responsible for providing timely operational support and functional guidance, advice, and/or training to others
• Ensure quality of Workday technology solutions and alignment with standards
• Responsible for continuous optimization of production solutions and implement best practices adhering to Workday release updates

All About You
• Must have experience working with Workday HCM tool set
• Demonstrate project management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent business analysis and requirement gathering abilities designing End-to-End solution
• Desire to learn rapidly and juggle multiple projects at the same time
