Stuttgart – Part-time (60-75%)
As an HR Manager in Stuttgart you will manage HR operations for our German PAC site.
Furthermore, you will actively participate in national and international HR projects to promote engagement and business partnering. In this role, you will report directly into the Director Human Resources, EMEA.

These are your tasks:

  • You understand the business needs and provide HR support and guidance to leaders throughout all stages of the employee lifecycle
  • You are taking over an active role in HR projects (e.g. design and implementation of comprehensive structures and processes)
  • You provide reports and statistics
  • You act as a payroll partner for our Finance department
  • You collaborate with authorities and offices
  • You are the central contact person for all compliance-related topics in Stuttgart
  • You intensively work with international HR colleagues to build up common Materion HR standards and ensure the alignment to the global HR strategy

We are expecting the following experience and qualification:

  • An HR related academic degree (e.g. Psychology, Law Sciences, Economics)
  • Experience as HR Manager or HR Business Partner, ideally in a complex and growing international matrix environment
  • Sound understanding and expertise of HR processes as well as HR process development and execution (Hiring, Onboarding, Individual / Leadership Development, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Management)
  • Good knowledge of German employment and social security law
  • Emotional intelligence, empathy and intellectual agility
  • Demonstrated coaching and consulting skills as well as project management abilities
  • Fluent German and very good English language skills, verbally and in writing
  • Ideally you have experience with Workday as a HR management software
