Methode Electronics, Inc. (NYSE: MEI) is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support our Corporate HRIS team. In this role, you will provide support to enhance core HR systems, data analysis, reporting, audit, testing, and implementation while managing ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of projects to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:

Provide general support of HR system through testing, researching, problem analysis, audit, and maintenance

Provide support to end-users via the workday email box

Execute test scripts for testing of new data elements and releases; documents and analyzes test results

Develop system and process documentation to support the communication of any new process or implementation and to support user training

Perform routine data quality checks and audits to identify data problems and reports these to HRIS Management

Work with and analyze data from multiple sources and systems. Work with Microsoft Excel or Access to perform specialized formatting, analysis and processing of reports

Analyze and compare historical HR data from multiple systems and makes recommendations to appropriate stakeholders

Provide support on projects and may lead and implement a segment of a larger HRIS project including testing and documentation

Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required
-
Must be able to work flexibly across different global time zones to support a variety of projects and initiatives

Minimum of 1 year of HRIS experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred experience working in a global organization which uses Workday
-
Solid understanding of payroll processes and state and local laws pertaining to payroll administration; international experience a plus

High level analytic experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills

Strong sense of urgency and the ability to work well under pressure

Maturity, discretion and experience dealing with highly confidential information

Excellent communication and analytical skills
