As a Principal HRIS Analyst – Workday Total Rewards at Moderna, you will lead and manage the development of all Workday related digital projects and initiatives in support of Benefits, Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation functional areas inclusive of operational reporting. Your expertise will be critical in delivering digital Total Rewards solutions in Workday while working closely with product owners and key business stakeholders. Here’s What You’ll Do:
Lead and deliver development in support of general operations, projects, enhancements, and optimizations in Workday Total Rewards related functional areas: Benefits, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation
Serve as a functional expert for your areas and support cross-functional projects and initiatives (security, reports, integrations, other systems)
Drive continuous improvements through process redesign and configuration optimization to ensure optimal use of Workday
Deliver configuration with leading practices, maintainability, scalability, and performance in mind
Lead and manage Workday releases and updates, including researching functionalities, conducting testing, and supporting training to end users on enhancements, as applicable
Demonstrate an intermediate understanding of the business and customer value of the assigned software
Effectively communicate digital solution options with key business stakeholders and product teams
Deliver configuration successfully with minimal direct instruction from your team and manager based on provided definition of the problem
Function fully independently with proactive reporting of progress and escalation of issues
Successfully collaborate with team members
Communicate effectively to your team about timelines to deliver your work efficiently and reliably
Here’s What You’ll Need (Minimum Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technology or scientific field
7+ years of strong hands-on consulting or industry experience delivering Workday solutions through all stages of the delivery lifecycle
Former Workday implementer certified or Pro certified in Core HCM, Benefits, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Advanced Reporting
Global Workday experience
