Position Title:
Talent Acquisition Specialist EUR/AMR (Hybrid)
Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist (m/f/d) is an integral role within Momentive’s Talent Center of Excellence (CoE). The TA Specialist (m/f/d) is responsible for sourcing, identifying, and qualifying talent to fill key roles within the organization. He/She utilizes sourcing techniques and develops relationships through networking to build a strong pipeline of talent. As TA Specialist (m/f/d), you will work closely with the regional and global business leaders and regional field HR to create a positive candidate experience from application through offer while adhering to our talent acquisition process.
Job Description:

Develop positive relationships with hiring managers globally, external partners/recruiters, and candidates

Educate hiring managers on the talent acquisition process and effective recruitment/selection methodologies

Advise and assist in the development of job descriptions and ads, including translations

Review, translate, and post new and approved positions, working closely with HR managers across Europe/AMER to ensure proper process adherence

Lead intake discussions to ensure we identify the right candidates to fill requisitions quickly

Create talent pipelines for key roles in advance of an active requisition as needed

Develop appropriate sourcing strategies including new tools and techniques to identify and establish diverse talent pipelines

Maintain information in Workday, our applicant tracking system

Review candidate profiles, conduct effective screening interviews, and recommend candidates to the next steps of the recruitment process that are aligned to the targeted position and business requirements

Partner with HR Shared Services and regional field HR on interview and debrief scheduling requests to ensure a positive candidate and stakeholder experience

Facilitate debrief meetings with hiring teams and provide timely feedback to the candidates

Leverage external recruiters where appropriate

Monitor open position status and progress, lead/drive client update meetings, and participate in Global Talent Acquisition meetings as requested

Consult and engage with Works Council on recruitment activities as needed

Remain current on all related employment laws and regulations

Contribute to TA-focused projects for continuous improvement. Support the COE and Human Resources in the performance of various other responsibilities and projects
Additional Details:
Qualifications
-
5+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience
-
University degree in Business Administration, Business Psychology, or a related field, ideally with a major in HR

Experience with an HRIS, ATS, and/or CRM System

Experienced in internet/online candidate searching and application of sourcing techniques

Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects/tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment

Proficient with Social Media and Business Platforms e.g. LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Xing, Instagram, Facebook

Familiar with GDPR requirements and processing of personal data

Dynamic personality, good interpersonal skills, ability to effectively communicate and influence diverse audiences and stakeholders at various organizational levels

Driven, self-motivated team player who demonstrates agility to proactively support the team and the business

Tech-savvy, good technical capabilities including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking in German and English

Flexibility to attend recruiting events Â
Up to 20% travel is required based on location
