Position Title:

Total Rewards Analyst

Position Summary:

The Total Rewards Analyst will support with the administration of internal special incentive programs, market pricing activities, and benefit programs in Europe, Middle East, and India. In addition, the TR Analyst will support compensation updates, testing in Workday, annual TR projects, global mobility, and provide consultation around Total Rewards programs in the EMEAI region.

Job Description:

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Provide global compensation support for the salary survey submission and year-end analysis process, annual incentive administration, US hourly merit administration, and/or other compensation processes
  • Support with the administration of the global sales incentive program including payout administration, statement distribution, and overall process design
  • Contribute ideas to improve programs, policies, and administration of compensation processes to accelerate business outcomes
  • Support the day-to-day administration of EMEAI benefit programs as first point of contact
  • Support with the design and implementation of local benefit programs
  • Support regional roll-out of global benefit programs
  • Work with HR services, HR field partners and brokerage service providers to manage the local benefit programs to ensure timely, accurate and compliant administration
  • Act as TR contact person for HRIS and Payroll related matters in EMEAI
  • Support the TR team to create and distribute compensation and benefits related communications
  • Act as TR contact person for HRIS and Payroll related matters in EMEAI
  • Assist with annual audits to help to gather relevant documentation and support with annual review of SOPs
  • Create and run ad-hoc total rewards reports and analyses as requested
  • Assist regional HR with monthly, quarterly and/or annual reports
  • Aid in the development of key governance Committee presentation materials, as needed
  • Manage quarterly reporting of global mobility and immigration expenditures
  • Support immigration petition preparation process
  • Handle reconciliation of mobility and immigration invoices
  • Support annual global relocation benchmarking process
  • Support other global TR requests like special projects and benchmark studies as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business/Administration
  • 4-6 years’ experience in human resources, total rewards, or analytical finance role
  • High degree of analytical skills and results oriented behavior
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced global environment
  • Experience interfacing and working within a Global organization
  • Creative mindset and ability to support projects and roll-out of strategic programs
  • Ability to hold self and others accountable
  • Knowledge and experience with HR technology tools, applications and platforms
  • Proficient in MS-Office (primarily Excel and Power Point)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A graduate degree and CCP
  • Experience with international compensation & benefits practices
  • Experience with Workday HCM and compensation modules
  • Experience in working with a global multi-national company
