This Opportunity:
The primary role of the Employee Engagement Manager is to develop and oversee strategies aimed at enhancing the experience between managers and employees, actively influencing corporate culture, and ultimately retaining talent to reduce turnover. The Employee Engagement Manager serves as liaison between the HR department and employees, providing personalized assistance and support for various HR-related issues. This individual is dedicated to driving stronger engagement and opening lines of communication with managers and new employees by managing the communications of meetings, launching Human Resources programs and initiatives, and crafting HR-related messages. Additionally, the Employee Engagement Manager will create and manage employee engagement programs that energize the employee experience.
What You'll Do:

Serve as the primary point of contact for employees seeking HR assistance, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries regarding forms, processes, policies and procedures, and general HR-related questions.

Utilize HRIS to document employee encounters and follow-up.

Guide new hires through the onboarding process and assist with integration into the company culture.

Maintain regular touchpoints with new employees at 30, 60, and 90 days to ensure their smooth integration and address any concerns or questions.

Responsible for metrics, reports, goal setting, survey administration; ensures stay interview completion and related forecasts are reported to management.

Develop, maintain, distribute and monitor turnover reports at the organization, department and manager level and calculate vacancy cost to the agency per position.

Develop and communicate long-term, positive employee relations strategies and retention initiatives that foster and promote a culture of excellence. Establish engagement and retention goals at least annually.

Collaborate with management to organize employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and events aimed at fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase employee engagement and retention, and reduce turnover.

Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.

Develop and analyze stay interviews for both continuing and newly hired employees and provide recommendations for improvement.

Evaluate the effectiveness of employee relations programs using metrics.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, integrity, and professionalism.

Maintain training as required and requested.

Administer significant portions of rewards and recognition programs including the Monarch Employee and Recognition Committee.

Perform other related duties as required and assigned by your supervisor.

Experience in the Healthcare Industry, Experience with employment laws, regulations, and best practices., Experience with HRIS systems., Prior Employee Relations or HR generalist experience., Workday Experience
