Job Description:
The ideal candidate will:
1. Develop and maintain Advanced, Matrix and Trended custom reports and dashboards in Workday
2. Configure and test Workday business processes in multiple functional areas
3. Maintain security role assignments
4. Load mass changes using inbound EIBs
5. Create and schedule outbound EIBs
6. Document standard operating procedures
7. Participate in Workday release design and testing
8. Investigate issues and communicating solutions
9. Provide Workday training for end users
10. Perform data audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity
11. Maintain trainings as required and requested
12. Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and assist in crisis situations
13. Demonstrate knowledge of and comply with all agency policies and procedures
14. Complete all other relevant responsibilities assigned by the supervisor
15. Driving and travel may be required
Education:
Bachelors: Business (Required), Bachelors: Information Technology (Required)
Certifications:
Information Technology Certification – Colleges/Universities, North Carolina Driver License (Valid) – NC Division of Motor Vehicles
