Global Learning Advisor
As the Global Learning Lead at Mosaic, you’ll be the driving force behind our employee career development and retention initiatives, helping us build a stronger and more resilient workforce. In this role, you’ll help develop our global learning strategy and drive learning and development initiatives throughout Mosaic. Your efforts will help us build a culture of continuous learning. This role will partner with and act as an advisor for business, HRBPs, and talent partners to identify learning needs and provide offerings that support the growth and development of knowledge and skills required to drive our company forward.

Where You’ll Work:
This is a hybrid role that is based out of our FishHawk office (located at 13830 Circa Crossing Drive, Lithia, FL). Presently, our Learning team works 3 days per week onsite and 2 days remotely. You can expect to spend 5-10% of your time traveling within the Americas.
What You’ll Do:

Create a cutting-edge corporate university that leverages the latest technologies, tools, and learning partnerships

Lead and develop a wide range of learning initiatives that encompass everything from Diversity & Inclusion to Sales Academy, Financial Literacy, and other industry-specific training

Develop and drive learning initiatives that spark mindset change and unlock the potential of our employees

Evaluate and enhance our learning programs to ensure they align with global business objectives

Deliver comprehensive learning solutions that help employees grow and succeed at every level

Partner with HR, Talent, and business leaders to identify needs and design learning solutions

Foster relationships with external partners to deliver innovative and scalable L&D offerings

Oversee Mosaic’s corporate learning calendar and budget

Provide consultation to business leaders on a wide range of L&D topics

Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to enhance learning and development at Mosaic

Develop, motivate, and coach a global team to achieve their full potential

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning

Serve as an internal advocate for L&D, ensuring your team is fully integrated into Mosaic and drives impact

Continuously push the boundaries of what’s possible in learning and development
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
-
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Org Development or a related field
-
Significant experience in learning design and delivery (Ideally 7+ years)

Experience in designing and implementing HR projects, programs, and process improvements

Experience with change management
-
Stellar communication and presentation skills

The ability to adapt to continually changing priorities and effectively manage their time

Exceptional leadership, coaching, team-building, and influencing skills

Experience handling to handle highly confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner

Demonstrated project management, consultative, and process management skills
Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience in an industrial environment

Experience with learning design systems such as Articulate 360
