Are you our next Talent Acquisition Specialist?  

The Campus Recruiting Talent Acquisition Specialist will be working with the Mosaic Student Program Lead for all recruiting efforts for North American business and support overall campus recruiting efforts as needed. This individual will be responsible for campus full life cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, etc.)  including the internship and entry-level programs. The role is high energy and interacts daily with all levels of Mosaic employees.

What will you do?

  • Execute sourcing and selection processes in support of the student program:  job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, documentation, compliance, correspondence, communication with candidates, reference checking, coordinating offers, and finalizing the hiring process.

  • Work with Human Resources and Hiring Managers to deliver excellent customer service and Mosaic brand image.

  • Research and source candidates through advanced search techniques and developing internal and external search strategies per student assignment.

  • Provide recruiting support and conduct research on new recruiting sources to support search efforts.

  • Coordinate and execute campus recruiting, career fairs, and other creative sourcing initiatives.

  • Follow and help coordinate standardized recruiting processes and maintain compliance through required record keeping.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have the Following:

  • 3+ years of experience in campus/student recruiting. Recruiting salaried, hourly operations and production staff a plus

  • For those candidates without a bachelor’s degree, 6+ years of experience is required.

  • Demonstrated track record in seeking ways to integrate differences.

  • Experience with behavioral based interviewing

  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of employment law, divers recruiting strategies, and culturally competent selection processes.

  • Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills.

  • Strong internet sourcing skills. 

  • Must have experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS). 

  • Workday Recruiting experience would be a plus.

FishHawk, Florida (Non-Union)

Mosaic’s FishHawk Location in Lithia, Florida is the Operational Headquarters of The Mosaic Company (NYSE: MOS).  The employees at FishHawk provide Business Support Services to our North America Operations in the United States and Canada and support our Global Customer base in countries around the world.  The FishHawk site is home to our North America Shared Services (NASS) and our Integrated Operations Center (IOC).  The innovative NextGen technology of the IOC accesses information from various operational systems and site locations remotely, allowing employees to make real-time, data-driven decisions about operations from a centralized location.
